If your guttering is loose or damaged then leaks during heavy rainfall are likely. Leaking joints can be resealed but if upvc downpipes are cracked or cast iron downpipes heavily rusted then they may require replacing.
With all the rain we have been having over the last week, now is the time to check your guttering and have it replaced or repaired.
